“Cook, Chat & Chew” Vol 1
COOKING WITH FLAVOR!
On July 10th,Trinnette Morris of Trindy Gourmet led the first “Cook, Chat & Chew” here at the Spady Cultural Heritage Museum. Participants were taught how to prepare a Caribbean-inspired meal of Kale Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Curry Chicken with Sauteed Swiss Chard, Pigeon Peas and Rice, and Orange and Honey Roasted Carrots. Another class is most certainly in the works!
