Sharon’s review of Enigma Bistro, Delray Beach

Looking for a new place to try local cultural cuisine? Sharon Blake, CFO of the Spady Museum, had this to say about Enigma Bistro in Delray Beach: “Last Friday night, I had a delicious experience at the Enigma Bistro in Delray Beach. It offers continental fare with a Cuban influence. I had the Snapper Havana (Sauteed yellowtail snapper with olive oil, peppers, tomato and onions in a Cuban-style sauced, served with rice, beans and sweet plantains) for $19. The meal also included a house salad.”
